We do not underwrite insurance policies ourselves. The insurance contract is strictly between you and the chosen insurance company.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, true, and complete information regarding yourself and your vehicle at the time of registration, quote generation, and policy purchase. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your policy or denial of future claims by the insurer.
The insurance quotes displayed on our platform are based on the information provided by you and are subject to the underwriting guidelines of the respective insurance companies. The final premium and policy issuance are at the sole discretion of the insurer. We do not guarantee that the quoted premium will remain the same at the time of final purchase.
All premium payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. QuickCover360 does not store your credit/debit card details. Once a payment is successfully processed and the policy is issued by the insurer, the premium is non-refundable. Cancellation and refund of policies are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective insurance company.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of QuickCover360 or its content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
QuickCover360 acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for the actions, inactions, or decisions of any insurance company regarding policy issuance, premium calculation, or claim settlement. Under no circumstances shall QuickCover360 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the inability to purchase or claim an insurance policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
